Description
During my role as Lead Software Engineer at YTEC, we developed a mobile app for a hospital. This app was designed to enhance internal communication and collaboration among employees.
The app serves two primary functions: sharing newsletters and collecting ideas. Through the app, employees receive the latest newsletters, ensuring they are always informed about important updates and news within the hospital.
Additionally, the app provides a platform for employees to submit ideas aimed at improving the hospital environment and operations. For example, an employee might suggest the use of reusable coffee cups to promote sustainability.
Submitted ideas can be voted on and commented on by other employees, fostering a collaborative and engaging atmosphere. This feature not only encourages innovation but also ensures that the best ideas receive the attention they deserve.
